Programming a rxv
So I’m leaning toward buying a 2016 ezgo rxv cart. How would I go about getting it programmed to go faster than stock?

Re: Programming a rxv
Dealer can: unlock 17.5 mph with electronic key and additional 2 mph with scanner tool.
with the addition of 20-21" tall tires top speed is 22-24mph. Lift not required. Bob can program the controller to allow higher rpm resulting in 27-28mph on standard tires and 30-32 on the above mentioned 20" tires. He can also adjust acceleration and regen braking. You can remove the controller (Curtis only) and mail it to him or if you're geographically in an area where Bob will travel and you are willing to wait he can do it in person. IMO, this is the best option because he can tune the carts driveablility to your liking and you get to meet Bob. Currently, to get Bob involved proceed as stated in post#2 |

Re: Programming a rxv
No. Danaher controller in models 2008-early 2012. Curtis in everything later 2012 to present. Curtis controller is black, Danaher is grey.
Where the arrow points should be black like the picture. If it is silver or gray it is a Danaher. The controller is actually under the black plastic cover. Note: this cart has 6x8v batteries. Most RXV's have 4x12 batteries. |
