ok, where do you get the solenoid repair kit from? and how does it work??? thanks... i might try that first before replacing the wiring harness?

Sounds like you had the same issue, solenoid drop out, you should have asked the question here, I could have helped you out.

yep and its still doing the same thing! i have tried everything... no luck yet!

I also tried a wiring harness and still no luck!!! i have never seen anything like it???

Wow..... It almost has to be the wiring harness. There may be a weak resistor or a weak sonic weld somewhere in the wiring. Try peeling back the wire loom just beyond the plug where the controller plugs in.. There is a resistor on one of those wires... I can't remember which one... But I've seen them get burnt before and cause weird problems like that.

I did ask for help here for 2 months http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ightmare.html8 Wiring harness fixed this POS golf cart after 2 dealers and 2 independent shops replaced everything else atleast once... we figured it was one of the sonic welds? Or maybe that hidden resistor thing?
