Re: Cart moves slow then nothing
if its a reagan cart check to make sure thats not your reagan soleniod engaging and with that voltage it would be like trying to drive your car with the E-brake fully deployed........................................

Re: Cart moves slow then nothing
if its a reagan cart you,ll hjave 2 solenoids.........one mounted to outside of frame rail and the mounted same place but inside of frame rail..............if you have the F&R rocker switch instead of lever its a reagan cart the reagan solenoid is sorta like a jake brake on trucks kinda like a downhill braking system so you don,t speed up enough to lose control...........but if that solenoid is engaging when it shouldn,t its like riding with the brake on.......and with the low voltage#,s you put up i can see the cart acting up this way............................................... ....

Re: Cart moves slow then nothing
OK Thanks. I am beginning to think it is a battery problem as my inlaws (80's) had the cart and after everytime they drove it around the farm they hooked it up to the charger. I am thinking they have killed the batteries due to over charging and boiling out the water several times. When I would visit them I always had to add a gallon of water!
