2004 club car doesnt have any power
Dont know the exact model sorry, its a 2004 club car 36v, i was goin up a ditch the other day and got stuck at the bottom, so i back up, went forward one more time to see if it would make it and didnt(there was 4 people on it, with a 30% grade), so went and got a tow strap, hooked it up to the fourwheeler and pulled it out, when i hit the acclerator there is not power, lights still work, didnt hear a pop, any ideas on what could cause this?
(yes probably to much weight for it but its done it before no problems.) |

Re: 2004 club car doesnt have any power
When you went into ditch was there water that could have splashed up under cart? If so you could have shorted micro's that will dry out. Now when you hit accelerator do you hear a solenoid click? If it does click its possible that internal contact couldnt take load and burned up, so you need to check for voltage across large leads? Also I would start by checking condition of battery cable connections, as heavy load can burn out a poor contact easily. Other than the previous it will be a matter of taking diagnostic step by step.
