Toogood
Hey its all good, Again the object is not to make you feel bad. The object was to get your cart fixed. I did not mind helping you at all and I know you will consider that next time you need something. When we talked you still had testing to do and were not ready to purchase parts. I see in your post where you did do the testing to further determine the problem.

Don't worry about it
We really shouldn't have mentioned it ...

LOL. Yeah I got a story for ya.
Today 5:35 PM my neighbor pulls up to the shop on his club car, Says "Hey I need a favor" Can you pull my steering wheel for me? I grab a couple tools and walk out to his cart. So while I'm removing his steering wheel he shows me a box of parts he ordered from BU. I ask him why he not only paid more for the parts, but then paid shipping, When he could have got them all in our store. He said "I didn't want to bother you" Sometimes you just have to laugh. LOL

LOL. Scotty it gets worse.
I had to remove steering wheel and then install his BU column cover. Then he says "Do I owe ya anything? I forgot my wallet"

You sure learn a lot about people when you are in business...... just not sure I can afford to learn much more
