Cleaning tips for cart body

My cart is not painted. It has sort of a cloudy look to it that doesn't come off with just soap and water. Not sure if you'd call it oxidation or what, it doesn't really feel chalky. Is there something that would be good to use on it that would get it back to a shine? I have some Meguiars NXT "tech wax" I have used on all of my vehicles that seems to work well but those are all painted surfaces.

If its the body on a precedent they all kinda look that way.I think its because of the thickness of the plastic body.Buffing seems to help a little.

Use Lemon Pledge. That stuff gets rid of water stains, etc., and puts a deep shine on the cart. I got the idea from my next door neighbor. He's been using it on his high dollar bass boat for years. He shines it up after every tournament.

I use pledge on the black molding, seems to work well.

Not looking for the molding or trim if you will - looking for something for the plastic body itself.

I bought a used cart that had golf course decals on it for I guess 5 years. Underneath them the paint was chalky and you could easily see where the stickers had been. I used Meguiars NXT "tech wax" and after a number of applications and hand buffings the marks are gone with no damage.
Since this was successful I'm a little braver or maybe its more foolish but I think if I had used a scratch remover compond, I could have cleaned it with less applications. But if you have patience and do not mind a little elbow grease the Meguiars seems to have proven to be safe

I use the pledge on the whole body. I wasn't talking about just the black molding/trim.

On the plastic I use Stoners Trim Shine. Cost about $5.00 at auto parts store.
It is an aerosal spray and gets rid of the chauky white. I use it about twice a year. It shines it like new. All you do is spray it on.
On the body just use a good car wax.

headlight buffing kit? I am about to get one
and try it on my acrylic kitchen sink.
