Default Just installed 3"lift & 20" tires PICS...

Just installed 3" Jakes lift, 20" Saharas, and the HD leafs. NOTE: The HD (4 pack) leafs seemed to add about an extra 1.5-2" of lift to the rear. Leveled it off quite nicely...

Very nice, looks just like my cart You can take off that "49" now If you had a "47", that would be okay, but you would then need some STP stickers...

I think the 3" lift is all you need to get that aggressive look, and still retain almost stock drivability

Now you have me wanting HD leaf springs, as well... That slightly lifted rear looks great. I bet you could put 12 x 23s back there

Thanks, quick question though. I am fine with the speed of the cart (18mph) on speed code 3, regen set on 1, but would like a little more torque for hills. Keep in mind I want to keep the regen function, where i live i am either going up hill or down, i like letting the cart do its thing as opposed to riding the brake all the time...

@Steve, i would say no prob on the larger tire, there is 5.5" of clearance back there now with almost NO sagging even when loaded and bouncing...

You can install a higher torque motor, you can add a larger controller/larger wires. It's up to you. Call plumb quick (and other companies) and ask them if they make a higher torque motor that retains the regen braking. (I like it too!)

Call scottyb and ask him what to do.

I'm sure the pros on this site can get you pointed in the right direction.

I want more torque as well, and I'm calling scottyb for a DCX500IQ and 2 gage wires when I'm ready.....

Good luck.

Steve, does that controller keep the regen? Does only adding 4g or 2g wires do anything for the stock controller/motor, or should they only be upgraded when you upgrade the motor and/or controller??
