That is good, just monitor the meter and make sure it stays in the under 5 amps range for at least 1 hour (typically 1-6 hours in that final phase) before the timer goes off.

Problem solved. I found that the ground coming from the receptacle had a loose connection and was causing heat (resistance) in the wire. I replaced it and the Positive wire , plugged it in and all is well. Thanks
