Rear End Gears
What's up guys I was wondering how tough is it to change out the Gears on my G-16e ? do i need any special tools, ect: just redoing my cart over.and wanted to get an idea on what's intailed.

I just did this on a Yamaha cart. Dana Spicer rearend. Its really not tough, just time consuming. The hardest part for me was working with those dang c-clips! I'd recommend using a torch to heat the bellhousing and axle tubes where the bearings seat....Dont heat the bearings theirselves just the outside area where they seat...Made it alot easier getting them out..
