I'm not sure if it was the new(old) needle, or the float adjustment that took care of the problem. I was too impatient to do them one at a time to see what the fix was. However, SOMETHING worked, and my kids had a blast....going 8 mph. Darn Clutches.

Well until I put a kit in my carb I didnt have any issues other than the bowl gasket was seeping. So im betting it was the seat and the rubber seat wasnt shutting the fuel off.
