Choppy Throttle, Not Full Speed 97DCS W/Upgrades
Hi All-
Need a little help, have a 97 DCS Cart, in 16' I replaced the controller with a Altrex XCT400 unit, cables and all batteries. From the time I did the upgrade the cart never liked to be running 1/2 throttle, it is real choppy, it cuts off, back to speed, cut off, just like hitting the high speed cut off only at 1/2 throttle. Now, it seems that we never get to full speed even with pedal depressed all the way, it cuts out and then ramps back up only to cut out again. Any suggestions. I ordered a new pedal position switch but are there any other ideas? |

Re: Choppy Throttle, Not Full Speed 97DCS W/Upgrades
The throttle signal wires have a plug connector that is a source of trouble. It's between the pedal box and the controller. Eliminate this plug with 4 but connectors or better solder and shrink wrap em
