Default Oil up Vacuum line

I have a 1990 Club Car that is blowing oil into the fuel line which blocks the vacuum and shuts the fuel flow off. What could be causing this? Bad oil seal or crankcase gasket? The clean air line to the airbox if free and not obstructed.

Seems like I had that happen once... I believe it was the diaphram in the pump.
