bleeding rear brakes 2002 Shuttle
Have a 2002 Shuttle 4 stretch with hydraulic rear brakes. Buggy lives in salt air enviro and everything is rusted.
Did a rear brake job and need to bleed the system. Tried ever so careful with all the cutting oils and heat to avoid...but stripped one of the bleeders. Other did get to open. Any tricks to bleed a system without a bleeder? If axle pulling is a reasonable project to replace the torque spider , happy to proceed but all brake line fittings are also rusted and will likely lead to another project. Otherwise will just use the emergency brake handle to stop..... |
