A buddy has this charger on his cart, a custom built limo type, and has had trouble with it. He has used the jumper method to get the battery pack charged back up then used the charger as normal. Now it won't charge again. Any ideas?

ether the obc or the charger ... take the charger to a known good cart and test it

Add a N.O. switch in the red jumper and mount through the cover and you have the option of using the charger as intended and as a jump starter,...
