Default Drove my new DS

Finally got to take the new cart for a ride. According to my GPS cell phone speedometer it is cutting out at 13.6 mph. WHat is the cheapest way to get up to 20mph without burning anything out?

Ok. I deserve all of that. Let me try again. It is an Electric I.Q. Golf Car, 48 Volt Regen, Sepex, AQ02. Stock height suspension and wheels. It is green and has a number 49 on the side. I wrote earlier it is a 2003. I mis typed. I know it is a 2002. Thanks for the help.

After all that, the answer is install speed magnet on end of motor under speed sensor.
