Frankencart 86 club car re-build .

Hey guys ! Ive built an 86 club car ds.It has a 6 inch lift , 21 inch tires ,
Bluetooth stereo , custom dash , custom roof , rear seats , ausco disk brakes , new rear end . Now the inside . Six US 12 V deep cycle batteries with 282 minutes of standby. And 155 amp hours per battery. Navitas 600 amp controller ,
Forward / reverse contactors ,hd solenoid , w/ 2 gauge wires , and a
D&D speed/torque motor . I did mention it 72 volts right? Well here’s my problem. I thought down to do some customizing on the frame and build another battery tray. When I put it back together somethings just not quite right and I can’t figure out what I did wrong? I built it based on the standard drawing from ev drives.com. I point to point wired it, and it ran fine for almost a year. But when I tore it down to do the battery trays and floor and put it back together I can’t get it going again? Been so long since I’ve done the last one . There are five wires coming out of the Mcor4 . Blue and green on one harness, and purple white and yellow on the other harness. Can someone briefly explain to me what the functions of those wires are? And what each wire represents? I can’t find it anywhere? And I know I’m just missing something.
