Default Tom at CCP no responses

Ok I had a problem with power on my 92 CC gasser, you boys said " e-mail Tom he can help" I e-mailed him 3 times from their web site and still no response ?????

Pick up the phone and call his donkey at the toll free # provided on the webb site I have always gotten a call back the same day Rememmber he's East Coast, they go home early

Im East Coast too.. I will try and call but its hard for me to get to a phone during the day. I figured e-mail could be answered anytime...

I KNOW he was busy today. Especially with the new showroom and all. It also depends on what email you send it to as to how fast it gets answered. What are you trying to buy?

Sorry I missed you. I get ALOT of email and not much time to reply. I also get 100 or so spam emails a day so the spam filter sometime eats up a good one.

I was trying to see why my 92 CC gasser will not pull a real steep hill with two people ( about 350 pounds total ) I have a new drive belt too
