For basic cart operation use Ezgo TXT PDS or Series drive, which ever matches your cart

I can jump my solenoid and everything works but only if I jump it. Is my controller bad

That's right, your problem could be as simple as a $5 micro switch gone bad...

Where is the micro switch. Is it the one in the pedal box? I did check it and it's seems good with my ohmmeter

Please identify the DRIVE SYSTEM. Each drive system has a different wire diagram.

42 volt 2003 western cart is all I know
