Default How to put oil into rear differential

I have an electric 2008 RXV. The rear end has a fill/check level rubber plug on a near horizontal surface.

How do you put the oil into the rear differential from a one quart plastic bottle?

Is the correct amount 25 oz. oil and 2 oz. friction modifier?

Thanks for your help.
