Default 06 cc 48 v no go!

I have the wiring diagram but not sure of the voltages at diff spots.when u step on pedal will that turn on engage solenoid?so 48 v on both big term.how bout the 2 small wires on solenoid?this thing fried the precharge resistor so I put on a solenoid,controller,also there is a blue wire lead from battery what does that go to?also a red wire lead off pos side of battery spade connectors?help??reset comp somehow?

I tested motor and it does work,but when I jump the solenoid it does not go?
