1991 Club Car 36VT moves slowly when put in F but doesnt move when the gas is pushed
So we bought a nonrunning 91 Club Cart (smart I know). Its a 36vt.
When He jumps the soleide the cart moves fine. Put when everything is hooked up and the cart is put into forward or reverse the cart moves slowly in reverse or slowly forward. If you push the gas it does absolutely nothing. We have replaced the motor We have replaced the solenide We have replaced f&r switch And batteries are great. I am at my wits end with this so I'm asking for some input. Thank you for reading and I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! |

You either have the wrong micro-switch in the VGlide assembly or You are using the wrong tabs on a 3 tab micro-switch.
The micro-switch in the VGlide needs to be a NC (Normally Closed) switch. Otherwise as soon as You press the pedal the switch will Open and the cart will not run. |
