Main Welded
My next door neighbor's CC sometimes has a problem. It is a 2003 IQ DS. Every once in a while when he takes off it will default to a very slow speed, about 5 mph.
If he then stops and lets the solenoid click, then takes off it operates normally. He says this happens maybe once out of 50 or more starts. I put my scanner on it and it had set the code "1268-5501 Main Welded". I am guessing that this is referring to the solenoid sticking but wanted to make sure. |
