 I did a total body off restore a few years ago. I have had it about 20 years. I was going to buy a new one but it has served me well so I decided to put the money into it instead. Glad I did. Probably the only one like it around. Incidentally, I just bought an 01 DS to keep at home. Great cart but this one has a lot more torque. They boathouse run about 13 flat ground. This one will pull a hill much better. New batteries in the 01. I don't know how old these are, probably 5 years. Not as smooth starting off with the resister system but it has some power. I just ordered an bandit motor for the DS to help it out. Rick at plum quick said he could redo the motor for this one and it would go about 25. I may just try that when I get the other one done.
