Default Western GC with issues

I picked up a western golf cart with the idea that I would need to change the batteries.
So far I have figured it is a '97 model 400. No ID plate anywhere but S# on frame. Most of this info I pick up here
I did the Epson salt rebuild on the batteries and it went well.
Well, it is dead now. Got 37 volts on the batteries and has held that for a week without being on the charger so I figure it is not a battery problem.
Also I have looked at gobs of wiring diagrams for electric carts and have not found a one that matches what I have.
Can anybody point me in the right directions to fix these problems.
Thanks

The fact that 37.0V is only 67% SoC, suggests the snake oil treatment (Epsom Salts) was far less than successful.

However, that should be enough voltage to energize the solenoid. Does it click when the pedal is pushed?

Western's are built on an EZGO platform. 1997 EZGO Service Parts Catalog for a TXT model, which I assume is the same platform for your Western, is 28405-g01 and should be on 'stickys' and or available from Johnnie B by a link. Also Google or Bing ' Lido Golf Carts' and this should get you to their website where you can find a manual/wiring diagram that may help. Lido makes Westerns.

rbuggies48IN,
Thanks for the info. I will looked into it.

JohnnieB,
That sure is not a good % that's for sure, but it sure runs (or did) a lot stronger after I did the Epson thing. What should the volts read on a full charge? Its a 36v system
No the solenoid don't click when the petal is pressed.

Direct contact at Lido/Western - mike.jamison@lidomotorsusa.com. Their website also has a 'direct question' section and I believe all of these go to Jeff Pence (spelling). You should get an e-mail response back from them.

Serial # example for Western Golf Cart

40011512964

400 is the model number

115 is manufacture month/year, i.e.; Nov, 1995

12964 is the production number

I believe the production number can be looked up by Lido and they can tell you the paint color, code, etc., etc.

Thanks JohnnieB and rbuggies48IN for the info

So do you think that I just don't have enough juice it in the batteries to get it to roll
