How many amps motor pull
I have had 05 ezgo for 3 years last year in spring when I drive it nearly goes and will blow 60 fuse, thought motor might be pulling to much

Welcome to BGW!
The 60amp fuse is for the charging circuit, not the high-amp motor circuit. The fuse is probably configured wrong. Only the wire from the charging port should pass through that fuse. Make sure the larger 6g battery cable is attached directly to the battery terminal. |

ok ill check that when i get home, also cart will not go up hill by without help, and batt cables get hot. even with full charge

Cables should be at or very near outside temperature, never hot or even warm to the touch. You have a bad connection from corrosion either at the battery or internal of the cable themselves.
If you have factory 6 gauge cables ALL of them should be replaced with upgrades 4 gauge cables at least. |

got it fixed thanks alot couple new cables and two new batteries, this site was very helpful how to check stuff.
