It's been a while since I did mine, but here's the manual.
I tore mine completely apart and replaced all bearings, so there may be a better way. Some kind of bearing puller may exist. I took threaded rod and a large socket to make a slide hammer puller. Dana Axle: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/attac...5-28148g01.pdf |

I just replaced one of mine. It's an rxv though. No c clip. I looked for it. It was only held in by a snap ring. I had to use a slide hammer because the bearing was stuck inside the axle tube.

To pull the axle I put the brake drum back on, but backwards, and used that to pull it out. Again, I can't recall the exact details, and didn't photo each step, since my hands got pretty grimy.

I have the two piece hubs with the disc and the hub seperate. I put the rotor on first than the hub. I tightened the axle nut to pull the axle. there is nothing but the bearing holding it in

branson.....looking at your pictrues......are you saying you have installed the disc's BEHIND the hub? and that is working for you? HOW? I have never seen them installed that way, ever, what is keeping them in place? as they should be captured by the hubs studs and between the hub and the wheel.
