Default Identification issue

Helping out a friend with a cart that had been sitting in his shed for seven or so years. It is a series cart, 95 to 01 I'm pretty sure. It's basically just like my two where in the beginning. Plate is gone with the serial number so I am trying to I'd it. It has a sticker on the sides that says Freedom and several flag stickers. Does that tell us anything? Is there a serial number anywhere else?

Series part is easy. If it has the non metal body and 3 bolts on the steering column base, chances are your guess is correct but some went past 01. Some had serial numbers engraved on top of the frame rail beside the right rear tire.

Has 1999 in marker on inside of body so I'm guessing that's what it is. Just never heard of a Freedom model.

I think Freedom models came with factory lights.

"Freedom" generally means it has lights and can go 19mph. BUT be warned, the body can be swapped pretty easy, and may not really represent the parts on the cart. May find a SN tag behind and above the batteries, or on the frame by the batteries (passenger side), or on the frame under the floorboard on drivers side.
