yes it had water in it when i pulled the sight plug there was surface water that came out first and the gear oil was grey in color. i have cleaned it fully cannot see any wear on any teeth and started re assembly. Circlip behind secondary is bent slightly and i think that was my clicking noise as there is scrape marks on back of it (I will replace with the spacer) as for primary it is now cleaned and will finish taking it apart in the morning single flat spot on each roller but not seeing damage to weights they look to be newer I will post pictures once i get it apart.

I would also think you need to find how water got in there. Gear oil and water not a good mix.

A bad input shaft bearing and seal will let water in. I just replaced this one...

And this one had a loud growl...

I called Don yesterday and he recommended that I change both clutches out as the front has wear from belt where they have slight groove from belt riding in same position. he said I could rebuild it but may do the same in a year to 2 years which i may do instead of spending the $700 on clutches. the noise in rear end was caused by the Circlip digging in to back of the sheave which in the video it was touching the case. so I do need the spacer. and belts also I checked all mounts and found the engine lifts on front 1/8" so I will be doing motor mounts aswell and the others are good. as for the water im not sure how it went in I will check the imput shaft again but it looked good and no play in it I did notice the bottom of rear diff cover was bent a little by dragging on things and had separated enough to put a screwdriver into.
