Totally sounds like it could be ignition, but on g16, a coil failure usually results in the cart stopping for a few seconds (early on), and stopping for 15 minutes (later on, when you figure out what's going on & how to fix it)

GUYS ,
putting the cart in neutral u can rev it and it runs clean , seems to be only acting up under a load in gear ! |

a month later and u guys will never guess what the problem was . A new Belt solved the problem !!!!!!
