1994 g2 smokes& oil in air box
just bought 94 g2 smokes bad when first started and oil in air box,checked oil half way on checker line,cart is lifted.How much oil shoud it take?

Drain and fill 1qt like Cgtech says, then where the level is on your stick is full level. Because the lift angles the engine and changes the reading.
It will puke oil into airbox if you overfill. If its smoking out exhaust the rings might be shot, that is the usual way they go bad they smoke but still run ok. The oil ring goes first. |
