Did Club Car not make a early 2004?
asking because my dust caps are missing on cart but serial # AG0431 So is this a 2004.5-up cart to make sure lift fits? 31st week would put it late in year is my thinking |

Look on the end of the spindles if it has a castle nut and cotter pin you need the metal caps for pre 04 models. You would also need to repack the bearings because of those caps are gone the bearings get dirt in them and get ruined.
If it has a nylon locking flange nut and a rubber sealed bearing behind it you need the black plastic caps for 04+ models. Glue them on with some silicone sealant of theyll probably fall off again. |

Its a 2004.5 has self locking nuts no castle nuts or cotter pins.
