Re: Ezgo marathon project - complete novice!!!
The buggy will officially be finished today, My Father in law is delivering the re trimmed seats back to me. Slightly worried to make sure its a good job, but I'm sure it'll be all good.
Will post pics once its on. This is how it currently sits. |

Re: Ezgo marathon project - complete novice!!!
thanks for your thread, You have given me something to think about doing to my old "spare" cart while it is down for the 460cc motor swap. My Mary is either a factory 4 seat or a very old conversion because I haven't yet seen another on like it. It has no bagwell area more of a trunk and a bag platform on the back of the rear foot well. I also is very uncomfortable sitting the way the steering column is positioned as opposed to the seat so maybe shorting is in the works there as well. I may pull the stops out and replace the rear body as well just to continue the flow , yours looks great love the work. If you continue to have the cracking problem maybe try some SMC filler. That is for synthetic Molded Composite Panels like are found on the rear of stepside Chevy trucks and the panels that Saturn cars were made of. It has a real great flexibility.[I own a body shop] Jim
