Help! Oil puking out case vent!

Hey everyone, I picked up a 92 ezgo with the 350cc robins. The cart had been sitting for years. Once home we got It running pretty easy. We cleaned carb, adjusted valves and and replaced factory fuel pump with a small electric pump as the factory pump was no longer pumping.

Now I have an issue. At full throttle and only full throttle it is pouring oil out of the crank case vent. It's not just a drip but rather a good pour! I pulled the reed valve type deal hoping to see it stuck, no luck. We did an unofficial leak down test using compressed air and had good results. I thin next step is to pull the cylinder off... Any suggestions before I jump into this? The cart is lifted a good by so I tried playing with oil level to account for the angle of the motor. Same results..

Ideas and suggestions are Greatly appreciated!

Does the crankcase vent to atmosphere or does it go back to the air filter housing?

Not sure how they are set up factory, from what I have read I believe it goes to an air filter box. On this cart, the put a small filter at the end of the hose.. so in short.. it dumps to the atmosphere or in my case, my driveway!

is it alot of oil or drops of oil. if its drops its oil fumes condensing back to oil sand turning in to drops of oil instead of being burnt in the engine with the hose going to atmosphere.
if its lots of oil it could be broken ring forcing it out of the crankcase. or a head gasket.
