Okay, tried the "moving" of clutch method and although putting pressure on it caused the wheels to turn, it will not stay.

when you pushed it close it did it have major resistance or was it smooth? if it required force then you need to pull the clutch and see whats going on you might have some damaged internals , it maybe an easy fix or it could need a new clutch , i also want to know if you are getting fully rpms out of the engine or is it stumbling to get going , as it could be a case of a bad spark plug since you just did a tune up

Not to be a smart aleck, but is there any chance that put the battery in backwards? I PROMISE you that it can happen.... Motor will spin over, but the clutch won't fully engage
I had the ground clamp and negative cable attached to positive side of battery and like to have never figured it out if my buddy hadn't said anything.
Bet that won't happen again to me!!

You're right, not enough RPMs. Found out that the motor had lost some compression and being that I'm not that familar with the cart, didn't recognize it. Had it checked out by a couple of guys that new a lot about carts and we're up and running.

Thanks!!!

No offense taken, I clearly to do understand that that can happen. But, battery is in the right way.

Thanks for your interests.
