Welcome to BGW
A broken spring or wrong springs, spring bushings need to be replaced, look at where the shackle bolt to the frame the mounts are know to break off the frame  |

I'm out of town for three weeks but it is a badboy classic the shackels on the rear leaf springs are laying flat but when I jack it up they pop back to were they should be when I let it down the cart sits down in back
