Nice Job!!! Is looking great!

Is that a wrap in the front?

Also what are you planning for the console, I'm thinking of modifying mine but out of ideas.

Thanks Yes it's a wrap still need to do the back but I am waiting to get the motor and controller in. But I have to figure out a way to raise the seat or body to fit the batteries I need about 1 1/4 more height. The dash is a piece of stanless that i bent and rounded the top with belt sander to follow to curve of the dash. I used rivet insets to mount it to the dash with some Allen head bolts and my buddy is suppose to engine turn it for me once I get everything cut out. I know I need to put a key ,forward and reverse switch and the gauge that comes with the controller I think that's a 2"1/16 hole. Then I'm going to see if I can squeeze a few switches in there too.

Well I didn’t post in this thread in awhile and I have done a lot since. I wound up going with 72 volts 9 8 volt batteries. I had to cut the body and widened it 2 inches to fit the batteries which made me have to make the seats also wider. The motor and controller came form hpevs it’s a Curtis 1238 550 amp and the motor is a ac-23. I put 25” tires on 12”x8 rims 1” spacers in front and 3” in rear. Jake long travel and disc brakes in front. The rear springs I had had 4 leafs but they started to twist and bend so I put 1500lb trailer spring on and the seem to be holding up better. It will go 38 mph no windshield 32 with 0 to 30mph in a little less than 8 seconds. I had to move the charger port to the driver side that’s what that aluminum door is. The seats I had a local shop r and d audio they did a great job really nice guys over there. Still want to get a light bar sound system and a few other things.
