RXV short run then stops

Your also going to need to check for loose connections. Get somebody that knows what there doing to check the connections at controller, solenoid, and motor. If your not careful you can blow the controller and that would be costly.

Okay, plugged in charger and pack voltage was 49.67DC. The highest charging voltage reading was 58V right before the battery charger kicked off. I let the cart sit all day and the Pack Voltage was at 51.57VDC 20 HRS after charging. I ran the cart and the same events took place. Ran fine for 3-4 min then stopped completely.

So we are thinking controller connections?

Is the brake locking up and that is what is stopping your cart?

When you changed the brake did you use a torque wrench to set the torque on the three 10mm head bolts?

The brake is now operating correctly. And the 10mm bolts were torqued correctly. I knew that overtightening would cause problems.

I'm not sure why it stops running. It will just coast down to a stop and it will quiver when you press the throttle.

Ok when it does run does it go fast or only limp?

It goes fast, I would consider it full speed. And the SOC gauge is pegged out on the high side.

Well I think were going to need to hook the handheld back into your cart. I would say something is getting hot?

This has a Curtis controller right?

No this is the Danaher ACD controller. It's an early 2012 model.

If I jack up the rear tires the cart will run just fine. Something in the drivetrain causing excessive resistance or just a component heating up while under load??? This thing has me all kinds of baffled.
