Default Solenoid clicking and reed switch is already gone

Have an 36v EZGO TXT the batteries started to go dead and it would slow and beep after a very short period of time. Then it just stopped moving at all. I have the common problem of the solenoid clicking so I did some research and discovered the reed switch issue. Uncovered the charger port and the reed switch has already been eliminated. Red wire is hooked up directly to the terminal. I've checked all the connections, replaced anything that looked bad and want to know what to do next. I don't want to buy and replace the solenoid if its just a micro switch or something.

There is no white wire at all where the reed switch should be. I get the reverse beep when toggled to R and all my lights/accessories work.

Did you fix the battery issue?

The guys that can really help you are going to want to know pack and individual battery soc. Charge the pack until the charger shits off and get readings. Then let it sit for 12hrs and get all readings. Post the numbers to the second place after the decimal. Ie: 6.xx.

Also, check the stickies above for the link to identify your drive system. Post that, along with the year of your cart.
