Don't cry... The marathon handle is a direct connection. The linkage adjustment is unique to the TXT

This may not be relevant..but I bought a 2009 RXV and at the start I had problems with the FNR switch until I discovered I was switching around too fast... meaning...now I put in the key...turn to N....wait about a couple of secs..you hear the clicking as the controls set up...turn to F..wait another couple of secs ..then gently and slowly push the pedal...never had any problems since....same thing when going from F to R..put to N hold a sec then to R

Yep, you are right, not relevant. That is a completely different type of drive system.
