That is one of the first DCS forward and reverse switchs. I think they only made that one for one year if that long.

I work at the dealer, and I have never seen that one in person. But I have seen that in more than one picture, so it is a real thing. Lucky for you, a "heavy duty" version is not available or needed. Yours will serve just fine, as it carries no amps to need a HD replacement.

Here is what it looks like with the cover off.
If it every stops working, it can be replaced with a DPDT/Center OFF switch. |
