Default EZGO TXT throttle switch

Hey everyone, I have a 96 EZGO txt. Late last year, I put in a new all trax controller, brand new motor, brand new batteries, brand new heavy duty solenoid, new forward / reverse switch, and the cart was running great when put away for the winter.

Kept the cart charged all winter, went to back it out of the shed last week and it jumped once or twice and then stopped. Not too many things left that are not new... Was thinking to start at the throttle switch, but wanted to see if anyone had similar issues in the past. Or if there was an easy way to check the switch without taking off the diamond plate flooring.

Thanks.

Does the solenoid click? What is the pack voltage? How did you keep it charged? Just leaving the charger plugged in doesn't keep it charged with most chargers. Did you actually plug in and recharge throughout the winter?

I could have been on a float charge all winter ? If everything is new ~ hopefully you have a new Alltrax controller in the cart with a status LED> if yes any blink code flashing when you try to go? Any light at all?

I will take a look again at the light when. I get home. When I looked the other day, I didn't notice any flashing. But yes, it is the new all trax that has the LED in there, just was not flashing.

In regards to charging , I was charging up the cart every other week throughout the winter.

Right now solenoid is not clicking, it is making a beep when switching from forward to reverse.

I believe pack voltage when I checked this weekend was 37.9

I was able to confirm, pack voltage is 37.94. Alltrax is model SR-48500 and no lights are currently flashing.

Thanks
