Check out the attached soc chart. Are your batteries actually 37.0 after settling from a full charge? If so, you probably better test each one individually. Post the results to the hundredths. Ie: 6.xx. To test under load, attach dvm leads to the pack (or each battery) and drive the cart up the hill that’s causing you trouble. Record the drop.

I’m just a fluffer for the guys that can really help, but they’ll ask for this info. There have been other times where a new battery has been bad.

Only other thing I can offer is for you to check all of your cables and f/r for heat when you’re bogging down.

My Batteries read 6.34 6.33 6.36 6.33 6.35 6.34

The lowest reading when Im on the hill is 33.2

Sorry , I forgot to post the chart. It doesn’t look like your batteries are the issue, but the chart is a good reference tool for you to have.

I know you said earlier that all connections were tight and corrosion free. Are any of the cables getting hot? How about the f/r?

Unfortunately that’s the limit of my help. Bumping this back up so the smart guys will see it.
