Pop out the cup holder. Reach your hand under up and to the right.

I suggest a inserting a foam ear plug.... makes it loud enough to hear, but not annoying.

You can also reach it by sitting beside the right front tire and putting your hand between the body and the mud shield. Watch out for the spiders
