2011 EZGO rear diff problem
New to forum. Working on ‘11 EZGO, guy says hears clunking noise. Found that when up on jack stands, running at low speed, you can see when one side turns that the other side tries to turn and hesitates the turning side. If you hold the turning side still, you can feel it trying to turn the one in your hand at certain points in the rotation. I pulled drain pan, checked for obvious problems. Not sure where to go from here.

Re: 2011 EZGO rear diff problem
That's just the brakes, not a problem, normal. I would start chasing the noise by servicing the motor coupler and input shaft splines. Chasing noises pretty much has to be done by driving the cart, not on jack stands.
