There is an advantage to trying Bob's method.
You will look like Iron Man when you are done with all six. Bob's method is the only right way to try to save them for awhile longer. |

I bought a Pulsetech to desulfate my batteries. It works very well and I gained a couple of tenths back from batteries that were extremely abused. As I recently went to 48V, I can sell you mine if you're interested.
Be careful with Bob's method as you are dealing with sulfuric acid, which is extremely corrosive. Do not handle with bare hands. Pour it into some sort of container and neutralize with baking soda prior to disposing. With Bob's method, my method, or even Epsom salts, it is all about the same result. Restoring the active material in the batteries so that it can hold a charge. Bob and my methods both clean the plates to restore the natural active material. Epsom salts are a snake oil-type of restoration. |
