Are those spark plug boots? Looks like they work, whatever they are.

Not spark plug boots, but they slip over the terminals to prevent shorts.

I am in the process of installing a reducer, then adding it to the key switch to turn on most accessories using +/-12 bus bars. This will allow me to turn on my radio, lights, ect. Also having a constant +12v from the reducer for voltmeter and some USB/charging ports.

Are you saying this is a bad idea?

He is referring to the RXV. I don't believe there is an issue with the standard DC carts (TXT).

correct kernal... ok on most carts --- death to rxv controllers.

Yea, if you need keyswitched +48V on an RXV, yu pick it up on the controller side of the solenoids large terminals.
