The ITS module is not a coil. It is a network of solid state devices. You cant tell if they are good or bad with measuring the resistance. You need to read up on how to test them. Are you having trouble?

To test the ITS sensor, measure the voltage drop across it with pedal up and pedal down.

What the voltages ought to be depends on whether your cart has a series or sepex (PDS) drive.

Attached is a schematic for the ITS sensor.

The control box has failed as it was giving me the 3-2 beeps when in diagnostic mode even after I put a new solenoid on. What kind of control box should I purchase and where? The stock one is a curtis 1206 mix 300 amp I believe.

Check the voltage on J1 Pins 4 & 5. Ought to be same as battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged).
