Ok, a 2-1 code would indicate that the controller thinks the battery voltage is low. The controller may be reading the battery voltage incorrectly or you may be experiencing a temporary drop in voltage that halts the controller. How long do you have to wait before the cart will run again?

Here is where it is critical to measure the voltage directly across the B- and B+ blades on the controller itself. You will need to find some means of attaching the voltmeter leads directly to the controller so that you can drive the cart and observe the voltage as you drive. Please do this and report the voltage reading you get as the cart stops.

Ok I will do this this weekend. I have to plug in the cart for like 5 min then It runs again for another 5??
