Default Alltrax48500 and CC92FHD F/R hook up help !!!

Hey all, starting a new post. First one didn't make much sense. I will try to explain this as easily as possible because I'm a newb.

1. I have the controller 48500 mounted and hooked up to the heavy duty solenoid. Here is what I have going to what.

1. A1 post from motor is going to controller B+ terminal. I have another cable paired with that post of B+ going to the solenoid and from the other side of the solenoid to the fuse that it came with and to the battery.

2. From the B- from controller I have a wire going to a - Battery post.

3. S1 and S2 are going to the F/R Switch. M- on F/R is going to the M- on the controller.

4. A2 has no home right now, not sure where to bring it.

5. A2 shows to go on the F/R switch from the Altrax diagram. The HD F/R Switch I have doesn't have a post for A2. Only A1 on the bottom two posts of the F/R switch and on the picture it looks like it has a bar that goes between the two posts that I don't have or it didn't come with. So if A1 shows from Alltrax it is supposed to go to the B+ Terminal on the controller (which it is now) what the heck do I do with the A2 set up I am left with? No home!

Any help would be awesome, trying to get this done and I am lost.

You need some heat shrink on those cables

Ms506s,
I feel your pain, this upgrade can be a little daunting for those of us who do not fully understand the technology.

I did a similar upgrade to mine recently but with an SW182 reversing contactor. It took me four or five emails with Scotty to get my wiring done.

I would send him an email and ask him where the A2 connection should go on the F & R switch you have.

Or maybe he will be on-line after the holiday to help you out.

So Connect A2 to the A1 post on f/r switch? Bingo, bango? Is there supposed to be a bar or something to go in between the two posts?
