I suggest you plug in your P/C and check the setup that is in the controller. The error message you are getting could be telling you that the throttle setting is 5K-0 instead of 0-5K which is what your V-glide is supposed to be putting out.

Another option is bettering out your V-glide to see if it is really putting out 0-5K.

At least you are getting closer. Keep asking questions and running tests, you are close.

As for the remaining wires, where were they connected on the old Controller?

The 9 blinks should be 7
Count again.

Scotty it blinks quick lol. It probably is 7. For the error looks like I have to connect a pc to it and change it to v glide?

The purple wire in your picture must be connected to Controller B-, it is the low signal to the throttle and without it You will get a "high throttle over range" throttle error.

The red/white wire also needs to be connected to B-, it is the negative for the reverse buzzer and goes to the FNR micro-switch.

If You want to use the reverse "reduced speed" option on the new Alltrax, You need to change the original micro-switch wiring.

Disconnect the 3 wires from FNR micro-switch #3, the outside one closest to the battery.

Put electrical tape on the black wire as it will not be used.

Connect the green and White wires together, this will give You a consistent throttle in both Forward and Reverse.

Run a +48v wire to that now empty micro-switch #3 N.O. terminal.

Run a wire from the "Common" terminal on that switch to the Alltrax reverse "Blue" connector.

Configure the Alltrax software for the reverse speed you want.

The bottom 2 terminals on the FNR "must" be connected together.

The A1 and A2 terminals are interchangeable, one goes to Alltrax B+ and the other goes to both bottom terminals in the FNR.

Depending how you connect them, You may need to swap the S1 and S2 cables at the FNR to have the direction of travel match the FNR position.

Edit:
The connections I gave you for A1 and A2 are for the Club Car wiring schema, Scottyb uses the Alltrax wiring which is a little different, just choose one of the diagrams to follow (do not mix/match them).
